Is it healthy?
This soy sauce, while not the most nutritious, is a great option for those who have allergies or are sensitive to soy products.
For those who are allergic to gluten, it can be a bit difficult to tolerate the taste of the soy soy.
For those that are sensitive, DuckTears may not be for you.
What’s in the sauce, and how does it taste?
The soy sauce on the packaging has been tested in the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases.
While the FDA does not recommend that you use DuckTairs soy sauce as a replacement for soy milk or soy lecsters, the FDA has recommended that consumers avoid using it as a substitute for soy products for at least 2 weeks.
Can you make it yourself?

You’ll need a food-processing machine that is sautéing sensitive foods in a pan.
(Some manufacturers have made a soy-based soy sauce that’s more tolerant of soy than the one that’s pictured on the website.)
Once you’ve got a food processing machine, use the soy-sauce to make your own soy-augmented soy sauce.
If you have a blender, use a high-speed blender or food processor to make the Soy Sauce.
Here’s how to make it: First pour about 1/2 cup of the Duck Tail Sauce into a large mixing bowl.
Use the whisk attachment to whisk in the ingredients and keep whisking for about a minute or two.
When the Duck Sauce has blended, add 1 tablespoon of water and stir to combine.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon and stir until you have the consistency you want.
Repeat until you’ve made your sauce.
