Chemical fibers are made up almost entirely of chemical dimers.
For example, cotton fibers can be made from cellulose, which has a carbon-carbon bond, or polypropylene, which makes up a polymer with a polyester core.2.
Hemp fiber: Hemp fiber is a synthetic fiber, meaning it is made from the seeds of a plant, and it is often sold as a fiber.
