“A lot of companies are trying to do it by having more ads,” says Lauren, who is a marketing expert and writer for the blog Advertising and Marketing Trends.
“It’s like buying a new pair of shoes for the first time, and they just want you to put your money where your mouth is.
And the people that are buying it are not necessarily paying for the brand or for the content, but just the experience that you’re having.
This is why we can go to a new store and not get a refund.
The customer is there to experience it, and then they’ll pay for it.”
